First aid

There will be several emergency aid stations on the festival and camping grounds, staffed by trained paramedics. There will also be paramedics on the grounds. If you see someone who is not well or you yourself are not well, you can always contact the paramedics or the security staff.

Medication policy

You may bring medication to the festival. Prescription medication must be in its original packaging and accompanied by a medical certificate. If refrigeration is required, you can store your medication at the medical stations on site at any time.

Food intolerance policy

We offer a wide range of vegetarian and vegan dishes, as well as many gluten- and lactose-free options. These will be clearly marked on the menus at our food and drink stands. If in doubt, feel free to ask our team – we’re happy to help.
Please note: food may only be brought in if you have an official medical certificate. Without this, food will be confiscated at the entrance.

Prohibited items

Please note that for your own safety, the following items are prohibited on the premises and will be taken away at the entry checks:

  • Bags larger than an A4 sheet
  • Baseball bats, slingshots/twins, brass knuckles, CS gas, pepper spray and weapons of any kind.
  • Food & drinks (except empty folding water bottles)
  • Water pistols that look like real weapons
  • Homemade studs or homemade jewellery (with nails, barbed wire, etc.) or anything that obviously poses an increased risk of accident or could be misused as a weapon.
  • The bringing and operation of drones, multicopters, quadrocopters and other flying objects and devices is not permitted on the festival grounds.
  • Noise-producing objects such as gas horns, megaphones, amplifiers, drums, vuvuzelas or similar (e.g. railway signal horns).
  • Axes, knives, carpet cutters, chainsaws, spades or folding spades and other dangerous tools (mallets, carpenter’s hammers, torque spanners, etc.), etc.
  • Fireworks, flares, explosives, ammunition, material for explosions, safety kits with pyrotechnic items and pyrotechnic material in general.
  • Flammable liquids and gases (including spray deodorants, hairspray) and flares

Glass ban

Glass bottles and containers are strictly prohibited on the entire festival and camping grounds – this also applies to cosmetics like perfume, deodorant, or make-up in glass packaging. The reason: glass can cause serious injuries.
Important notes:
– Thorough checks will be carried out at check-in.
– Drinks and food are only allowed in Tetra Paks, PET bottles, or cans.
– Shishas are allowed only with acrylic bowls.
– Confiscated glass items will not be stored or returned.

Drug and alcohol use

We would like to ask you to behave in accordance with the law. Violation of the law will lead to exclusion from the event. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards hard drugs, like “G” and others.

When it comes to Canabis we adhere to the legal requirements. Therefore, the personal use regulation applies on the festival & camping site.

Swimming in the lake

Swim only in marked areas – for good swimmers, at your own risk, and only if clear-headed.

Volume Risk and Hearing Protection

We strongly recommend wearing hearing protection throughout the festival – especially near the stages. Modern earplugs protect your hearing without impairing the sound experience and quality of the music.

Is hearing protection available on site?

Yes! In cooperation with our partner Alpine Hearing Protection, we offer high-quality hearing protection directly on the festival- and campsite. The specially developed various types of earplugs to ensure optimal protection and clear sound enjoyment.

Where can I find the hearing protection?

You can purchase their Earplugs at the official Alpine stands, also marked on our festival site plan.

Tip: Don’t wait until the headliners to wear your hearing protection – protect your hearing right from the start!

Emergency Protocols

Please follow the instructions or announcements of the organiser and security personnel in the event of unforeseen severe storms, rain, thunderstorms or fires. If the festival has to be interrupted or even cancelled and the site has to be evacuated, this will be announced and all necessary measures will be taken for your safety. In this case, the vehicles in the car park will offer you protection. Car owners who still have space in their cars should signal this to those seeking shelter by turning on their hazard warning lights.

Awareness

Nibirii aims to be a safe and inclusive place! If you feel harassed by anyone, please contact our paramedics immediately – they work on site with an awareness team.  We will take care of you there. We would like to point out that any form of (sexual) harassment will result in exclusion from the festival and/or a report to the police.

Protect your valuables

A tent is not a safe. Only bring what you really need, keep important items with you or in sight at all times, or rent a locker on site so you can enjoy the festival worry-free.
